Fitter Course (Rairangpur ITI)

Fitter course एक practical और industry-oriented training program है, जिसमें students को machine fitting, fabrication, assembly, maintenance और repair का पूरा ज्ञान दिया जाता है। यह course इस तरह design किया गया है कि students mechanical और manufacturing industries के लिए पूरी तरह industry-ready बन सकें।

इस course के माध्यम से students drilling, tapping, grinding, welding basics, मशीनों की fitting और alignment सीखते हैं। साथ ही measuring instruments जैसे vernier caliper, micrometer आदि का उपयोग भी सिखाया जाता है। Hands-on practical training के साथ modern workshop में सीखने की सुविधा दी जाती है।

Institute में expert trainers के guidance में students को real-world mechanical skills सिखाए जाते हैं। Regular practical sessions और live workshop projects के माध्यम से students अपनी skills को और बेहतर बनाते हैं।

1st Year - Basic Fitting Training

Fitting tools, safety rules, marking, filing, cutting और basic workshop practice का practical training

Measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer), drilling, tapping और shaping process सीखना

2nd Year - Advanced Fitting & Machine Work

Lathe machine, grinding, मशीन alignment, assembly और maintenance का advanced training
